Ayii University has formally launched its Strategic Plan 2026–2030, a five-year roadmap developed in consultation with faculty, students, alumni, and government partners across South Sudan.
The plan centers on four pillars: expanding access to quality higher education, strengthening research capacity, deepening community and industry partnerships, and modernizing academic administration through platforms such as the Electronic Academic and College Management Information System (eACMIS).
"This plan reflects where our community told us the University needs to go," said the Vice Chancellor at the launch event. "Every faculty and college has committed targets tied to this strategy, and we will report progress annually to Council and to the public."
Key targets include doubling postgraduate enrollment by 2029, establishing two new research centers focused on public health and agricultural resilience, and achieving full digital enrollment and records management across all nine faculties and colleges.
